Pick any class on the grid and tell the coach it’s your first. You’ll get the room, the bar, and where the chalk lives.

We scale everything
Same class, lighter bar. Every movement has a day-one version, and the coach picks yours — nobody gets thrown into the deep end for content.

Prices are on this site, not in a back office. If it fit, joining takes two minutes at the desk. If it didn’t — thanks for lifting, no pitch, no tour-guide close.
6 AM — The alarm class
Strength at six, five days a week. The lights are on at 5:45, the bar is loaded by 5:55, and you’re done before the day gets a vote. Coffee is after.
