First day, bring
- Flat shoes or bare-soled trainers — running foam and barbells don’t mix
- A water bottle. The fountain works; the line at 6 AM doesn’t
- Shorts you can squat in
Chalk, bars, and loaner belts live here already. Show up ten minutes early and tell the coach it’s your first.

Barbells, racks, plates, and a turf lane — 4,000 square feet of them. No machine row, no sauna theater, no smoothie bar. The money went into bars that spin and a floor that takes a dropped deadlift.
