First day, bring
- Flat shoes or bare feet on the mats. Running foam and strength work don’t mix
- A water bottle. The fountain works; the line at 6 AM doesn’t
- Shorts you can squat in
Chalk, bars, and loaner belts live here already. Show up ten minutes early and tell the coach it’s your first.

The rig, the rings, the parallettes, the mats, and a floor lane: 4,000 square feet of them, plus the loaded corner. No machine row, no sauna theater, no smoothie bar. The money went into a rig that doesn’t flex and rings that hang true.
